Friday, May 18, 2007/ 9:32 PM Fate Sealed My fate is almost sealed. I almost broke down after the 800m time trial. I held back my tears, sure it was hard. This is the race that almost determines the 3 going for nationals. And yet, i threw the chance away. The build-up to the race was already bad. Muscle cramp from my right thigh since early in the morning, Unable to concentrate in class, All i think was the race. Till 4pm, i was informed that my spikes did not come after all, due to the lack of sizes. Of course i did hold a disadvantage. And my thigh muscle is even more tight now. Poom. the race went off. i was nudge back and started off last. Things never went to what i want to achieve. In the end, everyone did their personal best. Yes, EXCEPT ME. I could'nt believe this. I just want to hide at a corner and cry out loud. NO, it is nothing. That is not i want. NO. Though the namelist is not out yet, my fate is visually sealed. There is no turning back for me, blame it on my stupidity to throw the chance away. I realised it was hard to stand up, esp when you are beaten flatly, painfully on the ground. It is never easy. NO, dun talk to me, i am really having a bad time now... |
