CPL Chng Wei Sheng The following cadets are promoted to the rank of CPL w.e.f. 28 June 2007 and will be held in probation for 1 month to 27 July 2007 pending completion of, and satisfactory performance in Adv NCO Course 2007 and normal EP3. 9.
