GAH. benitez has had me last weekend. his memorable substitution of players gazed me. once, he was saved by lucas for substituting gerrard. lightning dun strike twice u know... and yet this time, 2-1 down, he must be thinking he is some miracle god, he went crazy wif his substitution again. lady luck went to the opposition this time. and liverpool went 3-1 down. the board clearly shown : ' 46 Out , 19 IN ' which means, Hobbs is coming off instead of gerrard! crap, dunno wad benitez say... Hobbs was shit in my opinion, miss so many headers.. and worse, at 3-1 down, he went ga-ga again. he took off carragher...INSTEAD OF HOBBS!! and put on hypia instead. can someone tell me how hypia is going to help liverpool equalise? and to add even more salt to the wound, the one and only striker on the bench, kuyt, was left on the bench HE GOT TO BE CRAZY. and more, crouch was deployed as a left-sided winger in a 4-3-3 formation at the start. RAFA must have lost his plot! wad crouch can offer as a left-sided winger???? PACE? CROSS? SHOOT? TRICKERIES? TACKLES? HE CANT DO ANY OF THIS! and SINGAPORE vs THAILAND just now... it was even worse.... playing crazy football, that you can never think off. 1st goal makes the keeper looks dumb alr. the rule states that, if the keeper is coming off his line to get the ball, he must make sure he gets it, if not he will be in big trouble. and guess wad, he completely catch AIR. giving the opponent a open goal. there was more to come. HAIS!! after the third goal, i cant bring myself to watch anymore. the thais proved to be too strong, and of cos coupled wif some comical defending from singapore. it has been a really fantasy week of soccer. come'n REDS, do urself proud tonight, and proved everyone wrong (: |
