COME'N i got to survive this holidays. i have been looking forward/dreading holidays. at the very least, im not going to think about studies at all. running! how to survive through the hols sia. its getting tougher every week. thats why, i really very peifu ppls like gary, hes going through this hols trng for the 5th time alr. 1 time is enough to kill le. and ppls like darren, taking both squash and crosscountry competitively. pushing to the limit of one's body. macritchie and cardio gym can be my 2nd home le. early in the morning we are there, late into the night we are still there. running is something everybody can do. we are predators in the past, and we are made to chase/run. theres not a need for any equipment nor any trainings. as long as we have our legs. just look at the amount of people who participate in mass runs every year. i hope 2010 will be a great year for hwachong sports scene! canoeing is going strong too judging by the updates i keep hearing haha. training everyday is no joke loh. soo, GO OUT GO OUT! I NEED MORE SLEEEP D: A REGULAR SLEEP PATTERN! |
